At KINGCA Week 2024, we are excited to foster a spirit of collaboration among multidisciplinary experts and multinational centers. To support this goal, we are offering complimentary meeting spaces for collaborative sessions throughout the event. However, space is limited, so we will allocate meeting slots based on a brief review process. We particularly encourage recently formed groups and multinational/multicenter collaborations to apply. These meetings have the potential to inspire innovation, promote collaborative efforts, and facilitate the sharing of study designs. Given the limited availability, we urge interested groups to apply early to secure their spot.

* The title of application e-mail is recommended “Researcher meeting group’s name."
2. The KINGCA Week 2024 Organizing Committee will conduct a review of the requests.
3. After assigning the rooms and times, applicants will be notified by email.
